Miloš Mladenović
Miloš Mladenović is a recognized energy market leader and visionary executive with more than 25 years of experience in power system operation, electricity market development and regional market integration.
He played a pivotal role in designing Serbia's modern electricity market framework, leading the establishment of SEEPEX, the Serbian Power Exchange, and driving the country's integration into the European electricity market.
Through leadership roles within EMS, SEEPEX, ADEX Group, ENTSO-E and UNECE, he has helped shape the regulatory, institutional and market architecture that underpins the energy transition across Serbia and Southeast Europe. His strategic vision continues to foster regional cooperation, renewable energy deployment and a more resilient, transparent and sustainable energy ecosystem.
Beyond his professional career, he has contributed to Belgrade's contemporary art scene for over two decades as co-founder of the Kometaists artistic movement and co-author of its manifesto and experimental film. He is also the author of the poetry collection Encyclopedia of Poetics and the novel Heroes.
